Q. Can you tell me a little about your company's history?
A. White Mountain Jewelers opened in 1995 and has continued progressively forward ever since. You can find us on Google Earth or just stop by if you are in the area.
Q. Do you have a physical store and a showroom? Can I come and visit/purchase if I am in the area?
A. Yes, we do have a physical store in the heart of downtown Show Low, Arizona. Which is located about 100 miles east of Phoenix in the cool mountains and pine trees. We extend a welcome to anyone in the area to visit our showroom.
Q. How do I know the jewelry I receive is the quality I purchased?
A. It seems rather common for websites to write misleading information about what they are selling (i.e. sometimes the seller neglects to mention an item is plated or hollow). I want you to be thrilled with the jewelry you order. We only sell quality jewelry that has been accurately described. I guarantee that your new jewelry will be as good or better than its description (and picture).
Q. Do you repair jewelry, size rings, and/or custom design jewelry using my gemstones?
A. Yes we do. We are a full-service jewelry store. Please contact us for any of your jewelry needs.

Q. How soon can I expect my jewelry.
A. We know you want your new jewelry as quickly as possible. If we have your item in stock, it will be mailed within two business days. If it’s not on hand and it’s my design, it will take 3 t0 5 days to make it for you. If it is something designed especially for you it might take, depending on the design, a few weeks (We’ll know better once the design is complete).
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the jewelry (in its original condition, unworn, with original packaging and paperwork) within 30 days for a full refund.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No. While we hope you will be completely satisfied and not need to return an item, we won’t charge you for returning an item if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer Free standard shipping in the United States.
Q: Do I pay sales tax?
A: We are required by the laws of the state to charge 8.1% sales tax to residents of Arizona.
Q: Can I contact your store directly?
